At Dutch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your new pieces don't fit your style or size, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your wardrobe is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Dutch hangtags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
